Where we have been able to establish that a product is for sale in the country, we have used that products market price as the recommended retail price. In other cases, a recommended retail price has been established by converting the price in the market from which the goods were sourced (plus any applicable duty or freight) into Singapore dollars. The exchange rate used for conversion of a currency to Singapore dollars is the transaction rate adopted by Homesouk, its affiliates and subsidiaries at the time of the sales.
Homesouk Vouchers
Each 'Homesouk Voucher' is personal to the person to whom it is issued. It is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into cash. Each 'Homesouk Voucher' has an expiry date which cannot be modified.
Homesouk Vouchers must be used on the Website towards the purchase of Products. The redemption of a Homesouk Voucher requires the total value of your order (excluding delivery costs) to be higher than the value of the Homesouk Voucher. Some Homesouk Vouchers may specify a minimum spend in order to be used. In this case, the total value of your order (excluding delivery costs) has to be equal to or higher than the minimum spend specified on the Homesouk Voucher.
Under no circumstances can the value of a Homesouk Voucher be deducted from an order if that Homesouk Voucher is defective or out of date. We will not issue replacements for defective or out of date Homesouk Vouchers.
When a Homesouk Voucher is applied to an order which contains a number of Products, the value of the Homesouk Voucher will be spread over each Product on a pro-rated basis calculated based on the value of the Product against the total value of your order. Any refund of a Product bought in such an order will be reduced by the value of the Homesouk Voucher which has been attached to it.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel the Homesouk Referral Program at any time and the methods through which Homesouk Vouchers are earned, awarded or redeemed.
